The Rockaways

So it looks like this upcoming weekend is going to be a perfect weekend to be hanging out at the beach. If you are still schlepping the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, blankets, towels, etc. into the car, then starting chanting "pray for parking" OR even worse, dragging this on the subway, well you don't have to!

Enjoy the freedom of living in your own coop or condo on the beach in the Rockaways. There are some amazing opportunities to own your own slice of the beach.

Think of it: You wake up in the morning and look outside your bedroom window to see how the surf is (BTW, your windows have been open all night so you can fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the waves). You decide to take a short walk on the boardwalk then cool off in the ocean for a quick dip. It's all so easy because it's your backyard!
