The Rockaways

Seem every day there is some positive press about The Rockaways. Here is an opinion piece that appeared in the NY Post. This article talks about the misuse of real estate for lower income families in an area that is not ideal for them. The Rockaways should be more like the Hamptons given its close proximity to Manhattan. Fortunatly, we are seeing this come to fruition. Gorgious develepments like Belle Shores, the Seavon, and the Beach House are evidence of this direction. I am starting to think this is much more than a renewal.
