Over the years we have seen many people who think they are beach lovers come to our open houses, come with us to see condos at Belle Shores or the Seavon, however we can tell who are the ones that really love the beach and would benefit from the beauty of the Rockaways YEAR ROUND!


These people tend to be those who enjoy the beach summer, spring, fall and YES, winter. If you have ever walked the beach in the Rockaways in the winter and have been in awe of the beauty and completely oblivious to the cold temperatures, then the chances are, your a real beach lover! I am the first to admit, the Rockaways is NOT for everyone. The cold windy winters can really take a beating on the person who is not a beach lover. On the other hand, the real beach lover finds the awesomeness if the beach 365 days a year.
